About me
I began baking with sourdough because I wanted to provide my family with healthier, more wholesome meals. Bread is such an integral part of our life, and I wanted to ensure that what we were eating was not only nourishing but also something we could feel good about. Over the past few years, baking with sourdough has brought me so much joy, and I’m thrilled to share that joy—and these delicious breads—with you!
