About me
I began baking with sourdough because I wanted to provide my family with healthier, more wholesome meals. Bread is such an integral part of our life, and I wanted to ensure that what we were eating was not only delicious but was made with ingredients that I felt good about. Benedict Breads came to fruition as an ode to sourdough.
